OUR MEASURES AGAINST COVID-19

Our establishment opens its doors. The SANTATERESA hotel, the comfort, health and safety of our customers and employees are always our highest priority. All the required sanitary conditions are there. You will be able to enjoy in peace these moments of freedom awaited by all of us. Here are all the measures: Health measures related to Covid-19 In agreement with the government, important health measures have been put in place to ensure your safety and allow you to enjoy your next stay in our establishment with confidence.

For our people

Training on health protocol as well as barrier gestures and physical distancing. Hand washing on arrival in the establishment and very regularly during service. Wearing a mask for all staff in contact with the customer. Wearing disposable gloves for breakfast and room service. The cleaning staff's equipment: gloves, masks, sponges, garbage bags, will be changed after the cleaning of each room. Their uniforms are disinfected daily at 60 °. Permanent disinfection of all equipment. Hydroalcoholic gel and soap available. Contact points disinfected on a regular basis.

For Our Customers

Reception service: An arrival time is requested in order to regulate the flow. A direction of traffic is indicated as well as a priority of circulation. Hydroalcoholic gel is available at reception, in front of the lift and at the entrance to the breakfast room. Plexiglas protections are installed at the reception. The room card is disinfected before its hand delivery. The contact points are disinfected on a regular basis. The luggage service is closed. The information necessary for your check in will be sent to you by email before your arrival. Your invoice will be sent to you the day before allowing a fast check out. Bank card TPEs are filmed and cleaned after each use.   Room Services: We will ask you to systematically ventilate your room as soon as you leave the premises in order to protect our chambermaids. The cleaning of your room will be done on request. The chambermaids will only come to your room in your absence. The mini bar bottles will be disinfected after each customer. Toilet paper is also changed after each guest. Slippers will be given on request. The kettles will be absent from the rooms during this period.   Breakfast Service: A sense of movement and respect for distance from the tables are respected. One hour of service will be requested. The cleaning after the departure of each client is respected (verucid adapted to food). Cutlery, plates and glasses are washed in the washing machine.
